I was recently approached by Mystic Mag to include a segment as one of five wellness professionals on simple daily rituals to support mind-body-spirit wellbeing. “Our bodies’ shapes and movement patterns developed over time to support us to literally face what the world presented to us. But, what happens when our lives change beyond how our bodies originally formed those decades ago? We can still “take the shape” (both physically and emotionally) that we took to face our earlier realities, but those shapes are so often not helpful as we face the world today as it is.
